VISA and CV requirements
We recommend a photo as 98% of CVs will be discarded without. It is not essential to have a perfect written CV or resume. The Talent Finder® database will organize the information in your documents and transform it into searchable information for the hiring companies. If you become a selected candidate, we will support the preparation of your CV. You can also use our generic CV in Word, Google, and Libre format. For VISA we can supply a VISA and Working Permission, even if it already has expired. Also, an expired Passport can be renewed.
Can I be anonymous?
Yes, you can and will be 100% anonymous in the public Talent Finder® database. You can safely enter your qualifications and job goals without any risk to your current job. That complies with all our divisions.
The Talent Finder® network
The Talent Finder® network and VERIO® are our independent network of companies. They include around 25.000 employees and representation of around 300.000 candidates from 75 countries within 300 offices around the world. We work with those companies to find the right candidate internationally or locally. For interim or permanent teams, VERIO® is the flexible solution.
The job recruitment process
When a client shows interest, we will ask you if you want to proceed. If you agree, we will support the preparation of your CV. If the company selects you as a candidate, they will normally ask you for a meeting or a teleconference. One of our consultants will assist you through the entire recruitment process.
Please don’t send ANY photo or picture file of your CV/Resume. To be accepted we only accept Microsoft .DOC, Office 365, WordPress, Open Office, LIBRE Office (Free) and Adobe PDF formats. We cant use a JPG, PNG, Gif or other photo formats.
YOUR CV RESUME SHOULD ALWAYS CONTAIN INFO ABOUT: Name, E-mail, Phone, Photo, Civil Status, Place you live now, Citizenship, Background info, Education, Working experience, Authorisations, Certifications, Skills, Driver’s license info, languages spoken and native language. It should contain links to Facebook or LinkedIn profile.

Very Important: DO NOT send your ID papers such as Passport, Health Insurance or other ID, we only need the above information. We only need your passport or working permision expiry date to figure out if we can give you the job and renew your existing ones in time and only if you are NOT an EU Citizen.
If you need SCHENGEN VISA or Working Permission for a shorter or longer period as a worker, self-employed, consultant, Aupair, Nanny, Hotel/Restaurant worker… then we can help.
Also, we can handle an expired VISA or expelled persons even with a ban and fine by Re-Entry from Germany, Baltikum and Sweden.
We can also take care if you need to change the VISA type. We do offer Refugee Job Care from our Attorneys who also provides appeal, case assistance, family reunification, Business VISA and a total of 28 types of VISA.
